About Deb Mann and Pete Tenderholt

Team Tenderholt is comprised of Pete Tenderholt and Deb Mann, two full-time dedicated REALTORS with Shorewest REALTORS Rhinelander. Pete and Deb sell all areas of residential real estate, including lake homes, off water homes and vacant land properties and are leaders in commercial real estate acquisitions. Pete and Deb with 2 other colleagues form a group within Shorewest called Northwoods Real Estate Specialists (NRS) and combined sold over 22 million dollars of real estate in 2023.

MEET PETE: After a career as a builder of new homes in the Northwoods region, Pete moved into commercial projects and has spearheaded multiple commercial developments in Rhinelander and its surrounding areas. In addition to his professional commitments, Pete remains actively engaged in his community, serving on the Rhinelander Police and Fire Commission and a Civil Service Member of the Oneida County Sheriff's Department. Outside of selling real estate, Pete enjoys hunting mule deer in Montana where he grew up and worked on numerous ranches and feed lots in the Terry Montana region.

MEET DEB: Deb remains actively engaged in her community, serving as a board member of the Oneida County Economic Development Corporation. Deb is also a member of CARW (Commercial Association of Realtors in Wisconsin) and attends commercial real estate conferences in larger urban areas to build relationships to expand Rhinelander commercial development. Deb has earned the Residential and Second Home Specialist designation.

Before transitioning to real estate, Deb enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career in healthcare as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her doctorate from the College of St. Scholastica. Deb spends her free time with her three grown daughters and her rescue Beagle named, Mimi. You can usually find Deb and Mimi out hiking the nature trails or on the lakes boating around in Deb’s pontoon boat.

Along with selling residential homes and higher end lake homes, Pete and Deb are also focused on spearheading new commercial developments in Rhinelander and its surrounding areas, fostering partnerships with brokers in Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago. These two collaborate closely with the City of Rhinelander and Oneida County which facilitates zoning and annexation needs for their clients.

Some of Pete and Deb's recent transactions and development endeavors have included closing the sale of several million plus dollar homes on Squash Lake and helping to complete the transactions for prominent business development such as Blaine's Farm and Fleet, Jimmy John's, Holiday Inn Express, Kwik Trip, Dockshop, Aqualand, Air Pro, Hiawatha Resort, Clear Lake Inn, Beach Combers, and Lake Park Preserve.
